In short

Haimai Global is a China sourcing agent based in Yiwu with verified suppliers across China. We find and verify suppliers that already export, collect and compare samples, inspect goods before shipment, run the logistics door to door, and manage private label projects. You pay a commission on the order, agreed upfront; nothing if there is no order.

Supplier sourcing

A shortlist of verified suppliers with comparable quotes, for any product category.

What we do

You send a product brief. We go through our verified supplier base first, then the Yiwu market, 1688 and industrial clusters when the product calls for it. We send the same spec sheet to every candidate so quotes can be compared line by line.

What you receive

  • Shortlist of verified suppliers, with our note on each: factory or trader, export history, capacity
  • One comparison sheet: unit price at two volumes, MOQ per SKU, lead time, payment terms, Incoterm
  • Our recommendation, and the one we would avoid despite the low price

When you need it

Any first order, any new product, or when your current supplier raised prices and you want a benchmark.

Factory verification

We check the licence and visit the production floor before you send a deposit.

What we do

Business licence checked on the national registry, registered address matched to the production site, export records and certifications reviewed, then a visit: equipment, workforce, current clients' products on the line. Photos and video from the visit.

What you receive

  • Written verification note with licence number and scope
  • Photo and video report from the site
  • Clear verdict: factory or trading company, and the risks we see

When you need it

Before a first large order, or whenever a supplier is new to you and the deposit would hurt if lost.

Samples

Samples from several suppliers, compared on the same spec, shipped to you in one parcel. Available for most product types.

What we do

We collect samples from the shortlisted suppliers, check them against the spec sheet before they leave China, photograph them side by side, and consolidate them into one shipment. Revisions are managed until a golden sample is signed off. For products where a sample is not practical, such as solar modules, large equipment or custom-tooled metal parts, we arrange a factory video call, detailed photos or a small pilot run instead.

  • Side-by-side photo comparison
  • One consolidated parcel instead of several courier bills
  • Golden sample kept in Yiwu as the production reference

Every custom product, and any standard product where colour, material or finish matters.

Quality inspection

Goods checked to AQL standards before they ship. You approve the release, not the factory.

What we do

During-production checks when the order is large or custom, and a pre-shipment inspection on every order: sample size set by ISO 2859-1 (AQL), checks on quantity, workmanship, function, packaging and labelling. Photos and the defect count in a report you receive before the goods leave.

What you receive

  • Inspection report with sample size, AQL level, defects found and photos
  • A release decision that is yours
  • If the lot fails: rework, partial shipment or renegotiation, as written in the purchase agreement

When you need it

Every shipment worth more than a few thousand dollars, and every first order with a supplier.

Logistics, door to door

We run the whole logistics chain: consolidation, export documents, freight, customs coordination, delivery.

What we do

Suppliers deliver to our consolidation point. We check quantities and cartons, group everything into one shipment, prepare the export documents, book sea, rail or air freight, coordinate customs on both sides and deliver to your warehouse or Amazon FBA. Already have a freight forwarder or carrier in China? We work with them: we hand the goods over at the factory gate or the port, prepare the documents they need and stay the contact on the supplier side.

What you receive

  • One shipment, one set of documents, one freight invoice
  • Carton labelling and FBA prep when needed
  • Tracking from factory gate to your door
  • Or a clean handover to the forwarder you already use

Every order. It is included in what we do, not an add-on you have to organise yourself.

Private label and OEM

From your brief to your brand on the product and the packaging.

What we do

We select a manufacturer able to produce to your specification, manage the NNN agreement (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention), coordinate tooling and packaging suppliers, and supervise the first run against the golden sample.

What you receive

  • Manufacturer and packaging supplier matched to the brief
  • NNN agreement and mould ownership clauses handled before tooling
  • First-run supervision and pre-shipment inspection

When you need it

Any branded product, any product with a custom mould, and any Amazon private label launch.

Fit

Good fit, poor fit.

You will get value if

  • You plan to reorder, or the first order is big enough that a bad batch would hurt.
  • The product is custom, branded, or needs a safety certification for your market.
  • You buy several product lines and want them in one shipment.
  • You have been burned by a sample that did not match production.

Save your money if

  • You want a handful of units of a standard catalogue item. Order the sample on Alibaba.
  • You need the goods in under three weeks. No sourcing process is that fast.
  • Your target price is below what materials cost. We will tell you on the first call.
Questions

Before you send the brief.

Can I buy just one service, for example an inspection only?

Yes. Verification, samples, inspections and logistics can be ordered on their own for a supplier you already work with. Because we are paid by commission on orders we manage, a stand-alone service is quoted separately and agreed before we start. Ask on WhatsApp with the supplier name and the order size.

Which product categories do you cover?

Any category. Recent projects include solar panels, energy storage batteries and metal parts such as bolts and springs, alongside consumer goods from the Yiwu market: home and kitchen, gifts, seasonal goods, bags, textiles, hardware. Our suppliers are spread across China, not only in Yiwu, so the product decides where we source.

Do you work with small orders?

Yes, and for small commodities Yiwu is one of the few places in China where small mixed orders make sense: many suppliers accept low quantities per SKU and we consolidate several suppliers into one shipment. For industrial products such as solar panels or metal parts, minimums are set by the factory; on the first call we tell you if your volume is realistic. We work with businesses only, not individual buyers.
